good facilities , but some service issues

organized rooms courteous checkout clean room food quality cocktail options jellyfish problem

mr elsayed at the reception understood our needs and organized rooms to accommodate our family. mr mahmoud at checkout was courteous and professional. he also arranged a late checkout. adel in housekeeping kept our room very comfy and tidy.

food quality could be improved , the food tasted like lower-quality. there were not enough cocktail options at the bars , and they didn't serve beer in bottles. the sea was often windy with too many jellyfish to enjoy swimming , it was dissapointing.
